Cocktological Evenings

Cocktological Evenings started with a woodworking class. I built a bar cart and figured it needed some liquor on it, so I started experimenting with recipes and inviting friends over to try them out.

Over time, it evolved into themed evenings - three drinks and a presentation all tied to a single theme. Sometimes the theme was straightforward, like whiskey. Other times it was more abstract, like the lost generation. Each evening sparked its own unique conversations. I kept the groups small, just six people, so things stayed intimate.

I also made some videos with a friend, recording cocktail recipes and full gin and mezcal evenings. I retired the concept in 2019.
